Gajanan Utsav Samiti is a community/festival website for publishing information about events, schedules, notices, galleries, winners and videos. The public website can be viewed without signing in.
2. Information collected through the public website
The public pages do not require visitors to create a Google account or provide a Google password. Information that a visitor voluntarily sends to us through an available contact channel may be used to respond to that request. Standard server, hosting and security logs may also be processed by our hosting infrastructure for reliability and security.
3. Google and YouTube data
The administration panel provides an optional YouTube integration using Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. Only an authorized administrator who chooses to connect YouTube is asked to grant this access.
Depending on the permissions granted, the integration receives OAuth authorization data and the YouTube permissions required to upload and manage videos requested by the administrator. The application does not request, collect or store the administrator's Google password.
4. How Google/YouTube data is used
Google/YouTube data is used only to provide the YouTube features that are visible in the administration panel, including uploading videos and performing video-management actions explicitly requested by the authorized administrator.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit scoring, unrelated profiling, or unrelated purposes. We do not use Google user data for AI model training.
5. OAuth credential storage and security
After authorization, the website stores the OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized YouTube connection on server-side infrastructure. The application uses a database service to persist the connection because the production hosting filesystem is not a permanent credential store. Credentials are used only by the server-side YouTube integration and are not intentionally displayed to public website visitors.
6. Sharing of Google/YouTube data
We do not sell or rent Google/YouTube data. We do not share authorized Google/YouTube data with third parties except where necessary to operate the requested YouTube API feature, protect the service, comply with law, or otherwise as permitted by the user's authorization and applicable Google API policies.
7. User control and revoking access
An authorized administrator controls whether to connect the YouTube integration. The administration panel provides a Disconnect option that removes the stored YouTube OAuth connection from this website. Disconnecting the website does not delete videos from YouTube.
Google access can also be reviewed or revoked from the administrator's Google Account security settings.
8. Data deletion
To request deletion of application-stored OAuth connection information, contact us using the email address below. We will process the request subject to legitimate security, legal and operational requirements. Data already published to YouTube is controlled by the authorized YouTube account and is not deleted solely by deleting this website's stored OAuth credentials.
9. YouTube API Services
This website uses YouTube API Services. Your use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's applicable API policies.
